FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What are the fees and payment schedule for ThorSight Solutions Recruiting's services?

We have four levels of service. The Basic fee is 5% of the successful hire's first year annual base salary. The Standard fee is 10% of the successful hire's first year annual base salary. The Deluxe fee is 15% of the successful hire's first year annual base salary and the Enhanced fee is 20%.

Fees will be paid in the following manner:

  • 50% up front payment  for ThorSight Solutions to initiate the search

  • The remaining 50% will be paid out when the candidate is hired

2. What is your recruiting guarantee?

If, within the first three months of employment, it becomes necessary to terminate and replace the selected candidate, ThorSight Solutions Recruiting will conduct a search for the new replacement without charging additional fees.

3. What happens if my search needs to be cancelled, or if my company hires someone from another source?

If any search is cancelled, or a candidate is hired from a source other than ThorSight Solutions within 30 days of initiation of the contract, the second fee (50%) will not be charged. If the search lasts 31 days or longer, the full fee will be charged.

4. What is your confidentiality policy?

ThorSight Solutions will respect the confidential nature of our business relationship. Any discussions involving client information and/or business strategies will be held in strict confidence.
