At ThorSight, we believe that more is better. The more candidates who enter the top of our recruiting funnel the more likely we are to find the exact right candidate for you. We are comprehensive and rigorous at each of our service levels. We will:

  • Contact hundreds of individuals for our Deluxe Search

Whatever Service Level you choose, we don’t just present one candidate to you. We present the top three candidates.  We want you to answer one simple question. They’re all great…which one fits best?

3. Experience 

Everyone at ThorSight who works on your search has, at a minimum, 20 years of experience.  We’re good at what we do.  We’ve been doing it a long time.  While other search firms use their experienced employees to be client-facing, they often leave the ‘recruiting work’ to more junior team members.  At ThorSight we are high touch.  You can trust that we will personally lead and execute the search from beginning to end.  We’re happy to use our years of experience to serve you.  It’s what we do.
