Everyone at ThorSight who works on your search has, at a minimum, 20 years of experience. We’re good at what we do. We’ve been doing it a long time. While other search firms use their experienced employees to be client-facing, they often leave the ‘recruiting work’ to more junior team members. At ThorSight we are high touch.
